Chief Executive Officer
Marcel Verweinen leads Travaia and is a specialist in modern human resources management. As a Senior Vice President, he has successfully guided companies such as Continental and ThyssenKrupp through far‑reaching transformation processes, with a focus on modern work structures and efficient HR processes. Together with partners, he also initiated the “Alliance of Opportunities,” in which around 100 companies and institutions are now working on innovative solutions for a future‑ready world of work.
Chief Technology Officer
Sebastian Borchers has many years of experience in building and leading HR departments and service providers and has played a key role in establishing C1TT since 2019. Today, he is responsible for the efficient and innovative implementation of our transformation offerings, including our personnel transition hubs. In addition, he leads the “Qualification and Employment” division within the “Alliance of Opportunities” and oversees a broad portfolio of projects involving large corporations, SMEs, academia, chambers of commerce, and industry associations.
Head of Learning
Theresa Riefenstahl is an expert in learning journeys and is responsible for training design and qualification concepts. Together with her team, she oversees the nationwide implementation of qualification programs across Germany.
